Literally google and research it. Takes 2 seconds. When you created an account you agreed to their User Agreement not making a typical lawsuit possible. You can take them to small claims court but only if the amount falls more than 3k. The only other option they allow is a Aribitration. Which is basically just a dispute. Since the amount is under 800$, more than likely they'll release her funds in 180 days as long as they dont see any loss to their platform.

Well I know this because when they did the same to me and I tried to fight them when they closed my acct and stole 5k not only will they try their best to avoid your resolutions and keep running you in circles but after heavy research a lot of people are saying because of their tos its almost impossible to sue them cux they're walking that thin line and did "nothing" wrong

Unfortunately you cant sue or anything. They have their TOS worded to basically it says they have the rights to take your money for "loss and damages" they may release it in 6 months. But for that reason PayPal will win every court case.
And dont attempt to make a new account either. They'll ban that one quickly. Its happened to me. Lost 5k
