My blood is boiling watching #MrBates, what happened to these poor people is scandalous. I hope that there’s enough evidence after the public enquiry for police action to be taken against Post Office bosses!

@pandocruises tried 5 times to speak to an operator about amending an upcoming cruise and been left on hold for almost an hour each time. Email is just as ineffective and took 10 days to respond, but haven’t addressed the issue. Please can someone contact me.
