This good man saw a car pulled over with a woman passed out drunk, and a one week old baby in the back in 100 degree heat crying . He took the baby out and gave it a bottle while he called authorities. Mom was so drunk she didn’t even know where she was . Thank God the baby was ok . Tiphanee Lee says she suspected something was off when she received complaints about her son's behavior at school. Lee decided to take matters into her own hands and put a small camera in her son's dreads. Thank you for pointing this out. Many of LA’s homeless aren’t even from California or the state originally. I don’t know who’s bussing them in (Bass and her NGO allies??) but I’m tired of out-of-state people quickly dismissing Californians and acting like this is 100% our fault and our problem alone. They take advantage of our mild weather and generous benefits. It’s not just locals failing, the policies and incentives are pulling people here from everywhere.
