The ACA also prevented insurance companies from denying people with pre-existing conditions coverage, allowed young people under the age of 26 to remain on their parents’ plan, expanded Medicaid, and so much more. But the ACA was always meant to be a first step. We still have to do more to expand access and make health care more affordable for everyone.

@kyhighs In other words, the Lou region champs would have played overall higher rated RPI’s through the season versus the rural areas chances of playing higher RPI game in game out

@kyhighs Maybe I’m wrong, but does the RPI skew toward the bigger areas like Lex and Lou since top to bottom their teams would be stronger than say Region 1 with more small schools hurting the top teams in that region’ RPI?

For every “Don’t touch the Sweet 16 person” there’s someone else asking this very valid question. Believe it or not, I’m OK with both.

@KYballClubPro16 A big issue I see with seeding is the fact that the Lvl and lex regions typically are stronger top to bottom. the teams there will have a higher rating than teams, for example that play in the far west and far east who have to play so many games against lower rated schools.

Never seed the KHSAA tourney… that’s what makes it so unique!! 1 winner!!! Go WIN!!!!!

@awireman @NateInSports First Region is $8 for 2 games but you have to use GO Fan and they tack on a $1.40 fee per ticket……

I have enjoyed the 12th Region Tournament. The atmospheres have been incredible and for $10, fans get to watch two games. I heard of another tourney charging $12 and clearing the arena between games so fans have to pay twice. That’s too much and a logistical nightmare IMO.
