@DayAggregates Really bad driving by one of your artic units today coming into Castle Goring, Worthing on the A27 around 9:30. Line of cars all slowing to go into 50mph limit, he nearly lost it under heavy braking as he tried, then backed out of overtaking all the cars

Shingle is a natural flint aggregate which contains 4mm to 10mm particles. Golden shingle is an attractive aggregate great for surface dressing. Standard shingle can be used for drainage trenches and the bedding of pipes, making it a highly functional material.

We pack many of our aggregates into poly bags. One palette can hold 50 bags; each poly bag can be filled with < 35kg of material. We can take orders of any size as all our bagging plants can achieve < 10,000 bags per day if filled with a single product.

Type 1 recycled is a sub-base material produced from recycled aggregates ranging from 0mm to 32mm. It interlocks when compacted and has excellent load-bearing qualities. You can buy Type 1 recycled from us in poly bags, bulk bags or loose.

Our colleagues participated in Worthing Fire Station’s Open Day, an annual event in association with Sussex Safer Roads. Its purpose is to raise awareness among vulnerable road users about the dangers of HGVs.
