I understand the curriculum better, what I can expect to see when I observe and evaluate, & I know the student behaviors. The teacher gets to prep, and I get to build relationships with the kids (and the teacher).

If you aren’t going in and teaching your teachers’ classes in order for them to prepare for T-TESS, I can’t recommend it enough! That 90 minutes I am spending in the classroom is giving me so much insight.
