I moved back to Upland Summer 2016 for the hospital I liked many years & My Doctor! LA dr records i need Rectocele 2015 since 90’s! knew this! Nobody has cared for me 9 YOU ALL HAVE VIOLATED A LOT & RULES U DID NOT FOLLOE BY MEDICAL BOARD OF DOCTORS!
