Because the moment you tell yourself this is okay, you stop pushing. And when you stop pushing, you stop growing. I had to change that. I shifted my focus. I stopped just trying to get by and started building something real. A lot of people don’t lack motivation. They’ve just outgrown their reason. When your goals are too small, your effort becomes small. When your vision expands, your actions follow. Right now I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m far from where I started and that gap means everything to me. So I’m raising the standard again.
