Twice now I have watched my neighbor have surveyors they hired move the property line over. Because it ran through the driveway that their house has use of. When we moved in the surveyors came and had survey tape almost against their house. 2 nd survey done by the neighbors father had the survey down the center but we watched them move a marker and put in rebar to mark a new pin. The next one was done by maybe the county because a store was going in at the entrance to our neighborhood and that went through the center of the driveway now the neighbor had another survey done and it has the line almost beside my house. The property was separated and then was joined and the lines moved so the house we are in could be extended. They were prior to family owned. The neighbor has a house that was built without a new survey and used the old lines.from the original parcel even though the lines were moved. Now according to their survey we are the only property in the neighborhood without the original property lines of 100 ft road front according to their survey based on the original plats for the neighborhood.
