@booketybook @jessejanderson For tutorials and coursework, arrange to meet with friends to get it finished together. You arrange your own time at uni, which can be a blessing and a curse. You can add in a huge amount of variety into a given day and 100% flourish. Friends can really help in forcing you do X.

Arrange a pre-deadline by emailing a lecturer\friend and saying you'll send them a first draft for feedback by X date

Although, I do worry about the less organised athletes who rely on the competition organiser "tuck shops" to get their drinks.

@rbaron_ Awesome thread! Did you use any protocol analyser tools or did you mainly reverse engineer from the decompiled java? Have you already tried some usb protocol analysers previously and know that these probably wouldn't have helped with such a weird bespoke scheme?

@Mark_Ridley I've seen "the secret leaders" podcast recommended, I've only listened to one episode and that was pretty good. Also "VC20" is based in the UK I think, but not nessecarily focused on UK startups only.

The Edinburgh Pottery Studio has opened at the Peffer Business Centre and have organised a 6-week beginner course with Connecting Craigmillar for people living locally. The course will run Saturday mornings, 10-12, starting on the 26th June. (£2.50 per session to cover clay.)
