@EarthPapito No idea what helped thats what sucks. But i can definitely say things that made it worse were screens, alcohol, and all the other things that are bad for your metabolic health in general

Took a hard fall in BJJ + did my first chiro cervical adjustment in the same week then developed headaches for 3 months.. Psychologically wrecked me. Been trying to work out what caused it.. MRI turned out normal (I think). Turns out it’s all in my head and I’m just retarded.
