This summer we welcomed 43 rising freshman into the program who joined our 65 returning upperclassmen. On Wednesday they wrapped up their summer workout program led by @trueap. Thank you to the @trueap staff who helped ensure all 65 upperclassmen passed their conditioning test. We are proud of all of the hard work these men have put in! Camp starts in 4 days!! Let’s go!!

Jr Rebels 🏈 ╳ TrueAP The South Hagerstown Junior Rebels Football team partnered with TrueAP for a testing and speed camp, fully covered by the program and free for athletes. - Speed Rating: Assessments include the 40-yard dash, 10-yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, and vertical jump!
