.@OC_Transpo can you take a look at your 85 route from Bayshore. I'm getting frequent AM reports of it being "all seats taken" before it even leaves Bayshore. Compounded by the regular no shows. Yes, they can wait another 30+ for the next bus, but who's to say that's not full.
