If you think you hate cottage cheese, this will change your mind. Creamy, fudgy, molten chocolate center… but actually healthy. Perfect post-workout or guilt-free treat.
Ingredients (1 large serving):
✅1–2 cups cottage cheese (blended smooth)
✅2 eggs
✅2–3 tbsp cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa)
✅Powdered monk fruit (or your favorite sweetener, to taste)
✅Splash of vanilla extract
✅Handful of sugar-free/dark chocolate chips
Quick Method:
1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth (looks like thick yogurt).

Why is the Refugee Resettlement Industry, cleverly hiding behind “faith-based organizations”, so aggressively backing Mayes Middleton? WHY is no one asking this? Look at the receipts. The Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops just defended Sen. Mayes Middleton and SB 854 in their April 16 letter. (See Attached) That bill would have given any 501(c)(3) religious group - including mosques and NAIT - fast-track “by-right” multifamily housing on their land with almost no local oversight. This is the same TCCB that posted “Know Your Rights” notices in Texas cathedrals telling immigrants (regardless of status) to stay silent, refuse to talk to police, demand warrants, and prepare escape plans. This is also the same group whose Catholic Charities Fort Worth runs the official statewide refugee resettlement program in Texas - resettling thousands of refugees from Muslim-majority countries with housing, cash, and services. When Gov. Abbott opted Texas out of the refugee program in 2020, TCCB denounced him. Yet they’re now championing a bill that would let those resettled populations be quietly housed on mosque property - creating parallel societies with zero pushback. The same group flooding Texas with refugees is the same group pushing legislation to supercharge Islamic enclaves. Why is no one in Texas calling this out? Where are the conservative leaders?
