For those wondering where I’ve been: I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer, commonly referred to as a “death sentence” and had two other serious ailments which put me in ICU for several days. It was sudden. I’ve literally been on my back for weeks. Bless you all.

@realEstateTrent I know you like engagement so I’ll bite… Who in this market sells their house two years later at the same price they bought it for two years prior? Nobody. Cmonnn this is not a current market example and you know that.

Here’s the main problem with buying a house and having to sell it two years later: Buy: $1M house, $250k down payment. Sell: $1M house. $50k selling commission. 50k / that $250k down payment = Yikes, lost 20% of your money in 2 years!
