It's quite literally a color revolution. The democracy playbook people like Norm Eisen or Gene Sharp don't like breaking it out into explicit stages because it implies that color revolutions aren't organic. So I had to assemble it from scratch using their own writings. Here are the steps, and they're trying to do Step 6:

people assume that every time you eat steak you're killing a cow.... but even if you ate 1lb of steak every single day, you wouldn't even kill one whole cow... one cow produces over 500 lbs of meat...and it does this from GRASS which is inedible to humans... cows are basically divine machines that convert inedible food into steak, milk, leather and so much more. yet people continue to say "cow farts are destroying the planet" the cow is the most sustainable and vegan thing you can eat God bless the cow

Well well well ... Thursday, April 2 at 7:00 a.m. (Senator Tom Cotton presided) was the traitor of the hour for the RINOs in the Senate today! Say @SenTomCotton ... how does it feel to be the jerk butt who betrayed the American people today. Do you feel good about it? Do you want EVERYBODY in Arkansas to know that YOU personally screwed President Trump today? The Democrats Must love you @ArkTimes @ArkansasOnline be sure and ask Tom how it feels to screw his voters

Been researching DC juries this morning. Did you know that DC has a specific school curriculum which is mandatory from 6th to 12th grade which trains them in civic participation including juries? Students are taught how to look past the actual crime and evaluate all charges through "root causes" and equity. There's no chance of a favorable conviction in DC.

The people doing this think they’re the resistance; they’re really just mid-level bureaucrats who got mad that they could no longer leave the office at 4 PM or work from home daily when @PamBondi arrived. And they do not represent all DOJ career staff.
Carol Leonnig@CarolLeonnig

SCOOP -- Pam Bondi portraits quickly tossed into trash bins after @realDonaldTrump Trump fired her. DOJers still smarting about the time Bondi removed a career national security official over some Biden portrait still hanging on an office wall . W @KDilanianMSNOW ms.now/news/pam-bondi…

🚨 THIS WEEK: we are formally referring US Senator John Thune & his campaign Treasurer Nicole Weyers for felony criminal charges - money laundering, identity theft, wire fraud, bank secrecy act, false statements to the feds & more. We found the legal path to step into the shoes of the U.S. Attorney General. We have a live federal lawsuit against the FEC on Thune's campaign committee. Take the #ThuneOut Pledge with me: 🚫 NO votes 🚫 NO donations …to ANY 'Republican' until Thune is removed as Senate Majority Leader. Why? Just one example: while President Trump waits on recess appointments, Thune is running 33-second Senate 'sessions' to BLOCK them. These aren't Republicans - they're saboteurs. "Republicans" have now taken our spending and debt to all time historic highs in nominal dollars since the founding of our nation, as a second example. We now have 8 federal lawsuits against corrupt U.S. Senators. With real resources we'd have 70 lawsuits filed against US Senators- that is how bad it is. The purge starts with Thune. 🇺🇸 ElectionWatch.info and see if your name is being used by the corrupt John Thune for laundering money into his campaign (all are over the age of 65): -go to our website -scroll down to the USA map, click on the desired state -let it load, a list comes up of Smurfs, i.e. victims -click on Show Search, or Smurf Search or Advanced Search (use a laptop or PC) -click on the small green box to the left of any person's name -an interactive chart will come up: red line is the number of contributions that day, green line the corresponding dollar amount -click on anything in green text for more data/info
Peter Bernegger@PeterBernegger

I am not voting for any Republican until @johnthune is removed as Leader of the United States Senate. Take the "Thune Pledge" with me. I will cast a ballot in each election by picking one independent, so my ballot is not stolen. @WisGop @RNC @JudiciaryGOP @GOP Also, I will not donate to any Republican candidate, none, until Thune is removed as Leader of the Senate. No matter if it takes a month or years. Those who say "then Democrats will win". With guys like Thune, there is no difference. Thune and his goons won't pass the save act, but it is much worse. Thune has been blocking President Trump's agenda, blocking Trump's appointments. I will be directly noticing my local GOP chairman, the state GOP and various candidates there will be zero votes, zero money, for any Republican. Peter Bernegger

The number of retard liberals who don’t understand the difference between absentee voting and the mass mail-out of ballots is staggering in its retardation. Let me break it down for the obvious head injury victims out there. Absentee voting: You actually have to request a ballot like a normal adult, usually with a legitimate reason (sick, traveling, whatever). It’s the old, sane way. Mail-in voting: They just mass-mail ballots to every name on the bloated voter rolls — dead people, movers, duplicates, illegals, you name it — no request, no excuse, no accountability. It’s the lazy Democrat cheat method that floods the system with unsecured paper and turns elections into a joke. Both involve mailing ballots, but one makes you prove you want to vote. The other treats voting like junk mail. That’s why ‘mass mail-out’ sounds shady as hell — because it is.

Pam Bondi will be known as one of the great crime fighters of our time. She is a patriot who has all of our appreciation. Todd Blanche left his comfortable job at a major firm to defend President Trump against horrendous lawfare. He has shown moral courage, strength and exquisite legal talent. Todd will do a great job for the Trump/Vance Administration and us all.
Todd Blanche@DAGToddBlanche

Pam Bondi led this Department with strength and conviction and I’m grateful for her leadership and friendship. Thank you to President Trump for the trust and the opportunity to serve as Acting Attorney General. We will continue backing the blue, enforcing the law, and doing everything in our power to keep America safe.

PETA never turns animals away, including those who are sick or dying. Providing peaceful relief to suffering animals is not the same as systematically raising and killing animals for food. Here's what every other professional in a $500K home sale charges: - Home inspector (3-hour physical assessment of the entire property): $500 - Appraiser (determines actual market value): $500 - Real estate attorney (reviews contracts, handles legal transfer): $1,500 - Title company (manages escrow, title search, closing docs): $2,000 Total for the people who do the hard stuff: ~$4,500 The agent who scheduled those people and unlocked the door: $13,750 Every other professional at the closing table charges a flat fee for their work The agent charges a percentage of your home's value As if the house being worth more made the door harder to unlock

If the U.S. residential real estate brokerage industry were a portfolio company, here's what the board deck would say Total addressable market: $170B in annual commissions. 0.6% of GDP 1.5M agents. Median income $58,100 gross. $36,600 after expenses Median deals per agent: about 6 per year Barrier to entry: high school diploma and a weekend course Median age of workforce: 57 This is a $170B industry with the entry requirements of a part-time job at Best Buy The revenue model: charge 5.5% of someone's largest financial transaction of their life for approximately 30-40 hours of work per deal On a $500K home, that's roughly $13,750 per agent. Call it $375/hour On a $1M home, it's $750/hour On a $1.5M home, the buyer's agent who drove you to four showings and said "I love the natural light" earns roughly $41,000 My analyst works 70-hour weeks building DCFs and earns $100K a year. That's $27/hour The real estate agent who told my wife "this floor plan really flows" earned more per transaction than my analyst makes in four months I asked my analyst to model the unit economics. He came back an hour later, visibly upset In 2023, a federal jury found that the National Association of Realtors conspired to fix commission rates. An economics professor testified it was "one of the clearest cases of price-fixing" he'd ever seen NAR paid $418M to settle. New rules took effect in August 2024 Result: commission rates increased in 39 out of 50 states the following year Let me say that again A jury found price-fixing. A settlement was paid. Rules were changed. And prices went up Every other developed country pays less. UK: 1-2%. Australia: 2-3%. Canada: 3-5% The U.S. pays 5-6% for the same service The moat isn't technology. It's not scale. It's not IP It's a licensing requirement that takes two weeks to earn, an MLS system the industry controls, and the fact that most people buy a home 2-3 times in their life and never stop to ask why they're paying $25,000 for someone to schedule a home inspection The industry was built on information asymmetry. Before Zillow, you needed an agent to know what was for sale. Now every listing is on your phone before your agent's had their morning coffee The information advantage is gone. The pricing hasn't changed If I presented this business model to our investment committee, a member would ask one question: "What exactly are we paying for?" And the answer would be: "Project management with a golf cart and a lockbox" Make common sense common again Plz fix. Thx. Sent from my iPhone

Trump's appearance at the Supreme Court this morning is an insult to our entire system of governance. We can't let a wannabe dictator intimidate the high court into abandoning the principles of our Constitution. Birthright citizenship must remain the law of the land.
