I am afraid the PM is clearly confusing a tourist visa with a work visa. The minute someone is paid they no longer qualify for a tourist visa which is why musicians are up in arms and why the Government needs to sort this out ‘Presto’

As a rather quiet 2020 comes to an end (thank God!), I’m finally looking forward to resurrecting most of the Beethoven I would have been playing (including with @DeNOTE2 ) in postponed concerts. Meanwhile, rather a lot of Bach has found its way under my fingers too!

Rumours of performances being cancelled until April is not govt policy. We want performances back on as soon as we safely can I have heard calls for a restart date with fuller audiences & am working on this. Certainty is hard in a pandemic but know this is important for planning
