We are announcing @potpiedotai $2.2M pre-seed fundraise to advance Spec-Driven Development for large enterprise codebases. The round is led by @emergent_vc , with participation from @All_IN_CAPITAL , @DeVC_Global , and @PointoneCapital , along with the support of some amazing angel investors from companies including Atlassian, OpenAI, Meta, Razorpay and Flobiz. As AI accelerates code generation, the constraint inside large enterprises has shifted from coding to maintenance and assurance. The limiting factor is no longer writing code, but understanding complex systems, aligning teams around intent, and safely evolving large, interdependent codebases. In most organizations, specifications exist as static documents, while production systems evolve independently. Context is fragmented across repositories, tickets, logs, reviews, and floating documents making reliable AI adoption difficult. We are building the foundational layer that makes Spec-Driven Development executable at scale. By unifying engineering context and operationalizing the spec as a structured source of truth, we enable AI systems to reason with architectural awareness rather than surface-level code completion. We are already working with large enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 organizations. This milestone allows us to deepen those partnerships and support more teams transitioning from experimental AI usage to structured, production-grade AI-first engineering workflows. Excited to announce @riverline_ai $825k pre-seed round, led by @southpkcommons with follow ons from @DeVC_Global and @gradcapital and top angels from Google, Meta, M2P Fintech, HyperVerge. Banking in 2035 it will be driven by AI-agents - and Riverline is building that bank, 1 AI-agent at a time. Until now, all the NBFCs/banks in India have followed a top-down approach of sourcing leads, then underwriting, then disbursing and then collecting. But, @riverline_ai is solving it in reverse - we’re going to first solve the underbelly of the system, by building operational excellence in collections, using that to mitigate risk, uplift each borrower, and then, build upwards. This is a completely new “bottom-up approach” to building a bank that’s never been explored before and we’re very grateful to our investors for being supportive of this vision. And building on that vision, Riverline has already grown over the past 7 months to managing 100cr+ INR in debt-recovery, across loan-service-providers like CRED, NIRA, propelld, Freo and scaling fast now.
