@vampire_toothy The difference is a killer gets to finish their trial when the survivors abandon. Survivors cannot organically finish the trial if the killer can leave before the wincon. This would affect things like achievements, quests etc. Not against killers opening gates early though.

Is this really an insane take? Granting the ability to abandon for when the gates are powered is a lot like how survivors have the ability to abandon when slugged multiple times. Sure it’s lenient and there is always the chance that a match could turn around, but having the option to abandon in typically miserable scenarios is at the player’s own discretion. Having options to get yourself out of unsalvageable matches is a good thing if the end result is that you can get yourself into a better match sooner. The absolute worst thing that can happen is being forced to play out a match you know you’ve not only lost but are also completely miserable in. For the amount of agency that survivors have been given with the abandon feature, there’s no harm in extending the same to killers. Everyone saves time, everyone gets their points, nobody is loses out at all as anybody who believes there is still a chance in their match will still play it out anyways.

@DeadbyDaylight Does the chapter come with a Toggle to disable voicelines? I'm not excited for another round of characters to drain me with repetitive yaps discouraging me from playing as or against them.

@DeadbyDaylight When can you address the issue of repetitive voicelines? This event is an improvement following the removal of Tryks but I want to finish my trials without being spammed by other characters. Please implement a Toggle to disable voice lines.

As the Black Banquet is in full swing, we wanted to take the time to address some of the issues that have been raised within the community. ➡️ Offering Spawn Rate: The current spawn rate is working as intended, providing enough Offerings to guarantee one per Trial while still allowing players to build up a reserve. With the previous issues now fixed, the current rate is slightly higher than for last year's Event, and Auto-Bloodweb and Bulk Bloodpoint Spending now prioritize the Offering. ➡️ Offering Rarity: We will be decreasing the rarity of the Event Offering to Common in the bugfix patch coming next week, reducing the Bloodpoint price of the Offering in the Bloodweb. We know this may differ from previous Events, and while the changes are intended and reflect our vision for future Events, we understand the frustration. However, this isn't meant to be any less of a celebration! 🩸 Get ready for a Bloodhunt starting tomorrow to help you make the most of the Event with 2 x Bloodpoints from all matches until July 7. 👕 Log in any time between July 3, 11AM ET, and July 16, 11AM ET, to get unique The Trapper and Dwight Fairfield Cosmetics as party favors for our 10th Anniversary. @DeadbyDaylight @SilentHill Thank you for adding a SILENT Hill character. I would be very disappointed if they received voice lines (without a Toggle to disable them) as I have never played YAPPENING Hill.

📢 We noticed an issue affecting the amount of Toothy Tortes delivered in the Bloodweb when using the Auto-Bloodweb and Bulk Spending features. This issue is now fixed, but you may need to reboot to see it reflected in-game. We have also slightly increased the number of Toothy Tortes that will appear in the Bloodweb. We know players encountered different issues when playing the Black Banquet Event, and we wouldn't want you to leave the feast still hungry.
