Is it realistic to build an audience just through hard work and consistency? 
I thought it was easy just write posts and get 10 views, and that I simply needed to keep going, but apparently something needs to change. I want to make money from my profile on X.
But I don’t want to be just another regular memecoin caller who gets popular because he finds some 100x gem.
 I want my own brand.
I want people to want to collaborate with me.

It’s good to build relationships with people on ct. Never burn bridges because of ct clout and fame.

Solana trenches nothing can save them anymore. 90% of the memecoin market is controlled by cabals and coordinated calls. 
They have a clear monthly profitability plan, they treat this as a real business and make a living from it. 
Unfortunately, this happens at the expense of inexperienced players and degenerates who are hoping for a life-changing moon. How can you even buy a meme knowing that narrative means nothing? 
That no wallet analysis will help because they know they’re being watched and actively manipulate it. 
Before, people would enter memes and calmly hold for 10-100-1000x. Now they treat it like trading and take profit at +20%. We are cooked.

I remember how thanks to @sell9000 I made my first 10k$ in crypto. 
I remember that post very clearly back then, - thanks to Sei, I fell into the money funnel of whitelists and airdrops just because I was there earlier than everyone else. - Money was made extremely easily and quickly. I remember my thoughts at that moment: “I’m on the 2nd cycle, but I can already make money right now and skip the saving stage.” - That was a terrible mistake. Even though I took my profit, I lost it very quickly because I thought it would last forever. I remember the first time I saw the total value of my NFTs and decided to message a more experienced person asking, Should I just sell everything now?” He replied: “Sell your wife, but not the Seiyan NFT” lol. Now it’s my 3rd cycle and in theory I should make money on it, but I will do everything in my power to actually keep it. 
I’ve become smarter. I found the strength not to give up and to keep developing and learning.

@DeadDob if u want a cheat code you can do this: convert your ideal kg weight to lbs that u wanna achieve, then lbs x 10, that’s how much calories u wanna eat to achieve that weight like i wanna go to 216lbs which means 216 x 10 = 2160kcal daily u get the idea

doing a refeed day today, been consistently eating less than 2.5k calories for a long time went from 110.4kg all the way down to 100.8kg i think i deserve a little reset, i bet my metabolism is screaming for me to eat more lol

@loshmi Weight 90 kilograms Height 182 cm 2500 calories daily: Protein 180 grams + Carbs&fat Gym 3 times per week 14k steps daily So i need to reduce around 300 calories in fat and thats it?

@DeadDob u don’t trust me just do 10k steps a day and do cardio, that’s literally it eating less than 2k is overkill i promise u
