@DeadeGuard98 I just can't really use any fan work to further my career. At this point, I would be taking opportunities away from newer voice actors that would enjoy the experience and practice more! Plus it could be their first paid gig, that's a cannon event!

Doesn't sound awful, just maybe comes off a bit entitled, sorry! To be fair, I think it's to avoid the "favoritism" accusations- They might go ahead & cast you anyway after you're "put through the wringer" so to speak by auditioning. Both means somehow sound wrong imo!

I know it sounds awful but if you have a paid fan project and you want to potentially cast me in it, just offer me the role. Please don't try to have me audition to be in a fan project if you reached out to me 😔
