Version 1.9 is coming to PC this Wednesday at 11AM CEST / 4AM CDT! ⚠️1.9 requires a full wipe to all servers so that the large amount of new features can be implemented ⚠️ This major update brings a massive overhaul to progression with a new blueprint system, a large map expansion, improved survival, item upgrading, and so much more. At 11AM CET / 4AM CDT we will deploy a hotfix to consoles for a handful of important changes: - Fixed the bug that disabled disassembly of workbenches - Fixed weapon and item durability being restored after server restart - Disabled navigation for inactive storage cells - Fixed hotbar icons not updating after applying an item skin We appreciate the community reports being sent in that help us identify these issues, keep at it!

To address the lost progress on console after the 1.8 update, we will deploy a hotfix tomorrow at 11AM CEST / 4AM CDT. This update will restore your safezone storage to its pre-1.8 state. ⚠️IMPORTANT: Withdraw everything from your safezone storage before the update!⚠️Anything stored in your safezone when the update is deployed will be overwritten and replaced. The team would like to sincerely apologize for this mistake while updating to version 1.8. We are doing everything we can to restore your items, and we hope this hotfix returns the majority of them. A note for our console gamers, I’m sure you have already noticed that we weren’t able to port over an update for you this month. The estimated dates we gave you on the 4th depended on how well development progressed, and unfortunately it hasn't been going to plan. With large updates and a modkit there are a lot of aspects we can’t control, so now the console team is aiming to get it done by the end of March. But just like the last estimated dates we gave out, we can’t promise or guarantee that will happen (even though we really would like to!). The news included in this steam post will be relevant to consoles in the future, so check it out if you are interested.
