Well said. @designsproject findings include the difficulty in de-aggregating official data sets to get a clear picture on where deaf people work, & there’s no clear overview on reasonable accommodations put in place by employers.

Simply just having people with disabilities working in the public service should not be seen as to make up numbers or for the sake of targets. That’s tokenism that I won’t accept. They should be seen as meaningful member of workforce with opportunities for managerial promotions
