Did you know that 36% of Deaf Reach students are girls? At Deaf Reach, education is opening doors for deaf girls who have long been underserved in Pakistan. With a network of campuses and satellite schools across the country, Deaf Reach brings education closer to students. Our holistic model makes education and skills training more accessible, inclusive, and reliable for students at risk of being left behind.

The PSL dictionary is the first-ever documented version of its kind in Pakistan, becoming an invaluable resource for the Deaf Community, their families, and everyone who wants to learn the PSL! Join us as we break the barriers of communication and bridge the gap to equal opportunity.

When deaf children have access to education, their futures have no limits. From artists to doctors, our students signed the professions they hope to pursue when they grow up. Their dreams remind us that with the right support and learning opportunities, every deaf child can explore their interests and plan an independent future.

We’re proud to share another powerful step toward building a more inclusive Pakistan. Deaf Reach has signed an MoU with @unilever to create employment opportunities across their nationwide network for the Deaf community, enabling a structured pathway for recruitment, training, and workplace integration. This collaboration ensures that Deaf candidates are not only hired but fully supported with on-site interpreters during interviews, as well as sensitization sessions and sign language training for staff and supervisors.
