Sad to read of the recent passing of Colin; he’s the reason I missed Podges’s goal vs Man City as I was checking on him after he was unwell. Got to know him a bit at matches and events, he was such an interesting gent and hilarious with it. Will be deeply missed! RIP Colin

Colin led the club through the famous ‘Great Escape’ of 1976–77 and later guided County to their highest post-war league finish in 1982–83. Worked out my own amounts I knew for like food & came to 75g and the result can be seen in image above - 40g less than info given & Smartguard not in place. Needs to be looked at & review ALL carb info as dangerous to give insulin at 30% more than needed @DiabetesUK @BT1DUK

Solid W in the end. Responded how you want to last week & bad 20 mins in the 1st half. Adjustments made on both sides of the ball and the ST being consistent throughout. Shows the need of a back up QB who’s the image of the starter. Still plenty of room for growth tho #RaiseHail
