T rowe price filed for multi asset ETF including ETH. bit digital shifted from btc mining to build 155k ETH treasury. L2 tvl went from $4B in 2023 to $47B peak in 2025. ronin and celo migrations to L2 completed with strong metrics $1800 is ~17% down from here. given the whale selling, institutional exit, and broader weakness, that's in play for risk on positioning no explicit supply change data for 2026 in the feed
