As I bid farewell to Congress today, I depart more deeply in love with my country and more deeply disgusted by the dysfunction of our government. We can and must do better, and my mission to awaken America's exhausted majority and make common sense cool again is just beginning.

A meaningful Easter to all the world’s Christians, and may peace and reconciliation pave the path ahead.

.@RahmEmanuel is the best candidate in the ‘28 Democratic mix whose style and substance would serve America well.

Apparently @jamestalarico won with a huge turnout from young adults. Want to know why? Here is my guess: On social media, the algorithms give you more of what you consume. Talarico’s messages are positive. To the point of being “syrupy”. Voters that committed to watching his social posts, got more of not only his posts, but also other positive messages. Contrast that with historically negative messaging across past elections, and I think the contrast was striking and motivational for many. Enough to draw record numbers to a primary. It may be crazy to some, but the idea of “my feed and FYP got better the more I watched his videos” is enough to get voters excited to support and vote for him. Call it “PositivityMaxxing” 😂. But I truly believe that candidates that can give positive messages, authentically and confidently , can be part of a new successful trend. Regardless of party or office. Thoughts ?

Newsom and Vance have traded authentic leadership for political chameleonship - the remarkable ability to say anything to ingratiate themselves w/primary voters.

It is exceptionally rare for tribe members to challenge their own in Congress. Kudos to @SenThomTillis for exposing the remarkable incompetency and cowardice of @KristiNoem

The loss of one child in war is one too many. 1.5 million Jewish children were murdered in the Holocaust. Which is why Israel will always fiercely defend her Jewish, Christian, and Muslim children at any cost. #NeverAgain

Imploring Congress to re-assert its war powers AND supporting the annihilation of the murderous Iranian Regime are not mutually exclusive. In fact, they’re mutually mandatory.

Help me understand how one condemns “forever wars” six hours after an attack on one of the world’s most dangerous and oppressive regimes.

Help me understand how one can condemn the mass slaughter of thousands of freedom-seeking Iranian protestors AND the annihilation of their oppressors?

Prayers to our soldiers and pilots, Israelis and Palestinians in harm’s way, and courageous anti-regime Iranians. And prayers for the end of a 47-year reign of terror and misery, and a peaceful future to citizens of the Middle East.

I’ll give credit where it’s due. @KamalaHarris is skilled at supporting Democrats who either a) cannot win or b) cannot serve.
