🇬🇧 23-letni Vickrum Digwa z Southampton, oskarżony o zabójstwo Henry’ego Nowaka, twierdzi, że działał w obronie własnej.
Twierdzi, że był pijany, „wpadł” na niego, użył rasistowskich wyzwisk, zerwał mu z głowy turban i groził śmiercią. Digwa nosił przy sobie kirpan (ceremonialny sztylet sikhijski - podobnie jak nosi go na zdjęciu ze stażu, po prawej) i zeznał, że bał się, iż Nowak użyje go przeciwko niemu.
Twierdzi, że pchnął go pięć razy w klatkę piersiową, gdy próbował go odepchnąć, w samoobronie.
W rzeczywistości ofiara ma rany od noża świadczące, że zostały zadane od tyłu, gdy próbował uciekać przed nożownikiem przez płot.

🇬🇧 W toku procesu zabójcy Henry’ego Nowaka odtworzono nagrania. Okazuje się, że cała rodzina brała udział w morderstwie. W rozmowie z numerem alarmowym policji brat oskarżonego Sikha twierdził kłamliwie, że on i jego brat zostali zaatakowani na tle rasistowskim przez białego mężczyznę, który fizycznie zaatakował jego brata, ponieważ są Sikhami i noszą turbany. Na filmach pokazanych ławie przysięgłych widać, jak Henry Nowak ucieka przez płot przed Vickrum Digwą po tym, jak został pchnięty sikhijskim nożem. W kolejnych nagraniach z miejsca zdarzenia Digwa i jego brat oskarżają Nowaka o rasistowski i werbalny atak. Sam Nowak zaprzecza tym zarzutom. W jednym z filmów Digwa zwraca się do rannego słowami: „Nikt cię nie pchnął, bracie, jesteś pijany”. Ofiara ma już przebite płuco i za chwilę umrze. W innym nagraniu ojciec Digwy twierdzi, że Nowak udaje – według niego chwilę wcześniej normalnie rozmawiał, a teraz próbuje wstać i odejść. Na filmie widać leżącego na ziemi Nowaka, wokół którego stoją członkowie rodziny Digwy oraz sąsiedzi, nakłaniając go, by usiadł. 23-letni Vickrum Digwa jest oskarżony o morderstwo i posiadanie noża. Zaprzecza winie i twierdzi, że działał w obronie własnej. Jego matka, Kiran Kaur, również stanęła przed sądem – jest oskarżona o pomoc sprawcy poprzez usunięcie broni z miejsca zdarzenia. Proces trwa.

If the victims were Black, Indian, or any version of brown or black, these Muslim men would have been charged and jailed without debate.
But they were two White women and one White man, police officers doing their job.
They suffered broken noses, fractured orbital bones, and other brutal injuries.
The perpetrators walked free.
When the race of the victim decides whether justice is served, the system is broken.
It watches us bury and grieve our loved ones while assisting the perpetrators.

🚨 A New Low For Great Britain 🚨
Three teenage boys have AVOIDED jail after being convicted of r*ping two girls in Hampshire. 😡🤬
In two separate filmed incidents in Fordingbridge, a 15-year-old girl was raped in November 2024, and a 14-year-old girl was r*ped in January 2025. Southampton Crown Court heard how the attacks left the victims profoundly traumatised.
• One 15-year-old boy received a three-year Youth Rehabilitation Order (with 180 days of intensive supervision) for r*ping both girls and indecent images offences. He has ADHD and long-standing anxiety.
• A second 15-year-old received the same three-year order for multiple r*pe charges against both victims and filming offences. He has an IQ in the bottom 1% and ADHD.
• A 14-year-old boy was given an 18-month Youth Rehabilitation Order for encouraging r*pes in the second incident and an indecent images offence. He has mild cognitive impairment.
Judge Nicholas Rowland emphasised treating them as children, not “small adults,” citing peer pressure as a major factor. He said the sentences aimed to avoid unnecessary criminalisation, support rehabilitation, and prevent future offending.
The victims’ impact was harrowing. The first girl, who read her statement in court, said: “I will never get that innocence back again” and included the line: “All I want to do is die.” She added, “No one deserves the trauma of being r*ped.”
The second victim described nightmares, severe anxiety, school absence, shame, and feeling “uncomfortable in my own body.”
