They kept dumping their dog’s feces and urine off the balcony, letting it drip right onto his patio below - despite his repeated complaints that were completely ignored. One morning, after stepping in fresh dog s**t again, Kim finally snapped. He grabbed a gun and shot and killed his 31-year-old female neighbor on her balcony.
