Took Dad out for a pub lunch today to celebrate his 90th birthday, 2 complete strangers saw his birthday badge & bought him a pint to have with his meal 🥰 This is the type of world I like living in ❤️

Completely lost my running & fitness mojo, crazy considering how good it makes me feel. Any tips/advice is welcome

@Raskwoldlad431 It is just about getting out the door isn't it, I think my main problem is I used to run one set days & times and I can't do that anymore so keeping consistent is hard and it puts me off 😕

@DebH_77 Just put your running/ gym gear on and head out the door. Ease into it and build back up on your consistency. I think we all go through stages where life takes presidence, then we slip into I can't be arsed mode.

@humelrae Good idea Mel, I keep thinking I can run like I used & be out for an hour but even a few 15min runs will be good to get back into it xx

@Chris211162 That's a good idea Chris, I walk with the dog but it's very stop & start so may try a walk a couple of times on my own & see if the motivation returns 🤞 Hope all is good with you xx

@DebH_77 Hello my lovely!! I had the same feeling a couple of weeks ago. I was supposed to go for a run, but I just couldn't be bothered, so I walked the planned route instead. About 2 days l, I couldn't wait to get out there and run it!! Go by the feels. Xx

Life is so unpredictable & I love it! learn from bad times, love every second of good times 🥰 No time is wasted ❤️ I've reduced the jobs from 4 to 2, no more working in London & have had time to grow my baking business & learning how to do things like this.. #cupcakebouquet 💐
