To the victims of TBDS: Some of us have been reading Aidan Kearney’s articles for over ten years, before anyone knew his name and we all just assumed it was some fat kid in his mom’s basement. We read them because he was funny, informative, and ruthless. The local corruption he uncovered was not being covered anywhere else. We used to joke about behaving at work so we wouldn’t ever be the subject of his reporting. But he never targeted subjects that didn’t deserve to be exposed. Fast forward to after he was doxxed. He had built an entire catalogue of people that hated him for exposing them. The worst of the worst. Crooked politicians, abusive parents, thief’s, liars, and deadbeats. He stuck with it and exposed things people were too afraid to talk about, and the main stream media wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole. It’s hard to imagine being targeted as much as he has been over the years, but one things remains true. There will always be people with bad intentions pretending to get close to him so that can then turn around and destroy him. They do it for relevance because they were never able to build up anything worthwhile for themselves. He knows it, and he seems to accept it. These people will come and go like a summer breeze. This is why we roll are eyes and laugh when people try to shame “the cult” for supporting him. We’ve been here and we’re not going anywhere. You can waste your time trying to throw him in jail, separate him from his kids, doxx his house, and even harass his family, but what makes you any better than what you accuse him of? The ones that hunted him down in jail, or clung to him for clicks and likes during the Karen Read trial are irrelevant and have no chance of doing any real damage. Turtleboy is here to stay, and so are the people that support his fight for the 1st amendment. It’s time for a new schtick. You can scroll past him for your own mental health, or you can continue to lose.

The judge is now talking about jury impanelment taking 3-4 days. This would be a disaster, as the trial is set to begin on Monday, March 23. Our hearing on the mega-motion to dismiss is Friday, March 27.

I am inside Courtroom 1 at Essex Superior Courthouse in Lawrence for the final pre-trial hearing in the Kelsey Fitzsimmons case, which is scheduled to go to trial on March 23. Kelsey has a good support system here and is seated next to her father and a doctor, who I believe will be a witness for the defense. Justin Aylaian pretended to be scared to death of Kelsey's Dad when he demanded a taxpayer funded police detail while he broke into Kelsey's home and stole her personal property while she was fighting for her life in the hospital.

If Meredith O'Neil is suicidal, her child should be removed from her care immediately and she should be taken into an inpatient facility to assess her mental health. Her parents should file paperwork in their district court for the ability to make decisions on her behalf and her siblings should assist their parents. What you saw today In Plymouth was a colossal waste of time, resources and money to accomplish absolutely nothing. It means little in the grand scheme. Plaintiff's counsel ultimately did the right thing (he had no choice) but it is remarkable it only occurred after multiple filings with a full-throated defense of the inaccurate contents of a recording which were purposefully used as a point of emphasis to win the motion while incorrectly attempting to establish that Karen Read was expressing a consciousness of guilt. The Twitter lawyers who assumed it didn't matter whether the alleged words "again" or "i'm dead" made no difference missed the point entirely. Welcome to civil litigation, where little happens at great expense!
