I have crashed and burned today. I knew it was coming and so we have a plan in place and my mum is coming to help. My whole body is in pain, I had a fall earlier this morning and I am struggling to get out of bed or even keep my eyes open.

@RE_McGEE Also, lots of emotional suffering for you too I’m sure - one day at a time.

I obviously spoke too soon. My temperature isn't high enough to go into hospital but I am very weak, feeling hot and then cold, dizzy, chesty cough and rattly breathing. I have struggled to get out of bed - I have plants that need attention. I am not happy.

Stayed up and marked 200 KS3 assessments last night. Now I’ve got 60 gcse mocks to blast through before my “weekend” starts. Let’s see how long this takes me

I can’t read the article because it is behind a paywall. Of course, there is no national RE curriculum, but I have done a lot of work to diversify our trust/school RE curriculum, and it has improved the religious literacy of our students. @TeamRE_UK

@thosethatcan Many full time teachers too, eating lunch on the go. The prep has to fit in somewhere and the 6 hours of prep over 2 weeks isn’t enough.

A school leader yesterday told me that they couldn’t remember the last time they’d had lunch on a working day. This makes me so worried. How common is it to sacrifice basic human needs in the name of vocation? I really thought things were getting better… 1/
