We are devastated to say that our beautiful Isabelle died in the early hours of this morning. We are absolutely broken. However, we want you all not to think of her death, but to honour her by living life as she did: fearlessly, joyously & spontaneously.

On these days, the panic of not seeing you again really hurts. Even after 2 years, that panic is a sheer acute pain. Yesterday, to cope I grief-cleaned the house&carried on thinking of ways to still look after you. I cleaned your pictures and ornaments. What do others do? #grief

I had one of those toxic "what if" grief days yesterday, Alexander.What if I hadn't gone for a walk?What if you'd been in hospital with that tummy bug?What if I had somehow known?Would any of it have made a difference?They aren't helpful days, but all a part of grief. #childloss
