Exactly a year ago today I decided I had to make a change. I was struggling with poor mental health so finally booked to see GP, had therapy, rejoined the gym! Yes there are still days when my weird little brain wins, but 3 stone down and feel so much better all round 👑🙏🏼

Had a fab day with our locality managers with time for a walk and talk to get us away from our laptops and able to focus on our priorities. I do feel blessed to work with inspirational, innovative and passionate people sharing a common goal to change lives @barnardos

20 years ago today I stepped foot onto a building site! One that has now blossomed into the @Bay6Project that we have today! 10 years ago this year I took over the @LYCservice alongside an amazing team who do such fabulous work! I am so privileged and grateful 💚 @barnardos
