Raging today… NHS is broken and @Debenhams customer service is shocking. Ordered a rug on 7th October, sent the wrong design. First refund then supposedly replacement sent… got neither.

@Debenhams what an awful company. Take money, don’t deliver, don’t rely for days. Strong you out for days with same conclusion. Avoid’ the boohoo reputation is generally awful anyway, efforts no better as Debenhams.

@Pops__o @Debenhams Debenhams were taken over by boohoo group, they’re fucking awful. I won’t buy anything from them again as I boycott fast fashion and they’re the kings of it. I used to live Debenhams but gone down hill since they’ve taken it over.

Loving @Debenhams express 2 day delivery. Ordered Sunday, still not received the item, tracking has stopped working.
