@SimplyR_1 @SmthPositive_ I'm mainly upset that they just skip over a lot of tiny details the S1 scene had considering this is meant to be the same, I'm aware it doesn't need crazy animation, the original doesn't have it either, but it's better produced in a lot of ways

So what were the complaints about, that’s literally all this scene needed and they did did it so I’m confused?

@SmthPositive_ Im asking for better direction in a scene that isnt even 1 minute long, and that is a callback to something they've already done before. Giving Subaru's lifeless eyes his glow back, zooming out into the tower and the dunes, his face of excitement, hell, the echo of his voice

@DebesetaPivot There simply isn’t much to show in the green room anyways. We’ve been here for 4 episodes so it’s not new either and you’re comparing a random low priority episode in season 4 to the introductory episode of the entire anime where usually most effort is put in to hook the audience

@nahuhnaur probably this effect is achieved by varying pen pressure while drawing. but i’d recommend you trying this wobblie brush. it can be quite unpredictable, but i still enjoy drawing with it assets.clip-studio.com/en-us/detail?i…
