Great effort by the team yesterday with 40k to Westminster and back. Tackling jet lag, bad migraines and sore hands we remained in good spirits. Last big training session together next weekend and then our sights set on the race. @cardiffwaid #VAWG justgiving.com/page/debbie-be…
