@agmcintyre1977 @DebtBusters_IDM It is funny how quickly debt busters call if there's a new inquiry but to assist a current customer the service sucks. I have settled all my accounts but they still keep my debit open even after sending numerous emails and calls.

@FNBSA @MichaelJordaan @SAReserveBank @DebtBusters_IDM I ve tried my best to corporate with the most crucked bank in ,south Africa,namely FNB.Two months ago I settled my credit card and my loan account, because I was placed on debt review.Anyway after settling my account I contacted another crucked institution in South Africa ,namely debt busters ,and at the same time FNB debt review,I confirm with both these departments that my accounts are paid up and cleared.Fnb debt review promise to contact my counsellor and issue paid up letters ,they said it would take a few days ,and gladly I accepted to their promise.i also contacted debtbusters a million times indicating my debt is paid and I should be removed from their system.They also agreed.Today I check my FNB app in anticipation of the fact that my credit card and loan will be cleared I find they,FNB have charged me R1422 interest and further interest on my loan account.This bank and debt busters are ripping innocent South Africans.Reaching out for assistance.
