#scottishpower your company should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. Being told lies and spoken too in a totally unprofessional manner will not be tolerated. No wonder you are known as the worst energy supplier. The ombudsman is going to be busy.

Why are Scottish Power so rude and incompetent? And why do three different operators give differing information regarding amount owed? Are they crooks?

I saw an ad on the wall in the London Underground and the train came before I could take a pic of it. It was a product with an umlaut over one of the letters but the copy then put loads of umlauts over many other letters, even consonants. Comedy umlauts. What was the ad for tho'?
