Inner Thoughts.

Two people can love each other and still fail. One needed reassurance. One needed peace. One kept asking. One kept withdrawing. Love was there. Understanding wasn’t.

No matter how much you fix yourself, you can’t fix someone who enjoys being the problem.

My main goal is personal growth and becoming better each day.

The truth most people don’t want to admit: you can give someone loyalty, honesty, and real love… and they’ll still choose the option that requires less effort.

You didn’t lose them. You lost the version of yourself that was willing to settle.

No one talks about how you can feel the shift when someone’s love for you starts fading.

Your partner will affect your nervous system, your choices, your sleep, and your beliefs. If they’re not self-aware enough to take responsibility for the energy they bring into the relationship, you won't have peace in your life.

My colleague says his wife doesn’t fight anymore, doesn’t complain, and forgives him for everything. Should I tell him what that means🤔🤣or should I let him find out for himself?

I find it so funny that the people I call out, instead of being accountable, like to play victim and come at me saying, "Joey Swoll got me kicked out of my gym". No, YOU did. YOU broke the rules of the gym, filmed it, then stupidly posted it online. I just called you out for it.

I went quiet for a while just to see who would notice. No announcement. No explanation. And that’s when I realized… some people don’t lose you. They just don’t notice you’re gone.

A partner who makes you feel safe to be yourself… even in your worst moments… is rarer than you think. Most people will love the mask, not the real you.

No matter what people say, always look for their actions. Words can be polished, promises can be empty, and appearances can be deceiving, but actions reveal the truth. Those who care will show it through consistency, those who respect will prove it through behavior, and those who value you will demonstrate it through effort. It is not talk that defines character, it is conduct. People may speak of loyalty yet abandon, they may speak of love yet neglect, and they may speak of honesty yet deceive. Never be blinded by words, always measure actions, because actions are the mirror of intention, the proof of integrity, and the foundation of trust.

Disingenuous people always carry their hidden intentions, and those intentions are often bad. They smile when they mean harm, they flatter when they seek advantage, and they pretend when they plan betrayal. They do this because deception gives them control, secrecy gives them leverage, and manipulation gives them power. Suspicion follows them because their words do not match their actions, their kindness does not match their motives, and their presence does not match their truth. It is not accident, it is design. Hidden intentions create mistrust, create instability, and create damage. Never ignore disingenuous people, always guard your boundaries, because keeping them close will only guarantee disappointment, exploitation, and regret.

Haters and enviers are your biggest fans, because no one gives you more free attention than them. They watch when you succeed, they watch when you rise, and they watch when you shine, even if they pretend not to. They do this because your progress unsettles them, your confidence challenges them, and your achievements remind them of what they lack. Their criticism is proof of their obsession, their envy is proof of their focus, and their hate is proof of their fascination. It is not admiration, but it is attention. They will talk when you stay silent, they will notice when you move forward, and they will react when you refuse to stop. Never be bothered by haters, always let them watch, because their energy only confirms your impact, your influence, and your importance.
