I changed my PFP as this is my insecurity. I stopped posting photos on IG & FB since 2024 when I gained weight during the pandemic. I even started feeling shy meeting friends I met from online games/Web3… thinking I was “too fat” 🙈I didn’t want to be included in their photos! But this year, I’m confronting my insecurity. Starting February 28, 2026, I’m challenging myself to lose weight. 💪 My mom has diabetes, so I need to take care of myself and break the cycle. Either I lose weight… or I lose DAYS. 😅 (mehehehe but seriously) This is for my health. For my confidence. For my future. Who’s with me? Any weight loss tips you want to share? 👀
