This is an email I sent earlier today to all employees at Coinbase: Team, Today I’ve made the difficult decision to reduce the size of Coinbase by ~14%. I want to walk you through why we're doing this now, what it means for those affected, and how this positions us for the future. Why now Two forces are converging at the same time. We need to be front footed to respond to both. First, the market. Coinbase is well-capitalized, has diversified revenue streams, and is well-positioned to weather any storm. Crypto is also on the verge of the next wave of adoption, with stablecoins, prediction markets, tokenization, and more taking off. However, our business is still volatile from quarter to quarter. While we've managed through that cyclicality many times before and come out stronger on the other side, we’re currently in a down market and need to adjust our cost structure now so that we emerge from this period leaner, faster, and more efficient for our next phase of growth. Second, AI is changing how we work. Over the past year, I’ve watched engineers use AI to ship in days what used to take a team weeks. Non-technical teams are now shipping production code and many of our workflows are being automated. The pace of what's possible with a small, focused team has changed dramatically, and it's accelerating every day. All of this has led us to an inflection point, not just for Coinbase, but for every company. The biggest risk now is not taking action. We are adjusting early and deliberately to rebuild Coinbase to be lean, fast, and AI-native. We need to return to the speed and focus of our startup founding, with AI at our core. What this means To get there, we are not just reducing headcount and cutting costs, we’re fundamentally changing how we operate: rebuilding Coinbase as an intelligence, with humans around the edge aligning it. What does this mean in practice? - Fewer layers, faster decisions: We are flattening our org structure to 5 layers max below CEO/COO. Layers slow things down and create coordination tax. The future is small, high context teams that can move quickly. Leaders will own much more, with as many as 15+ direct reports. Fewer layers also means a leaner cost structure that is built to perform through all market cycles. - No pure managers: Every leader at Coinbase must also be a strong and active individual contributor. Managers should be like player-coaches, getting their hands dirty alongside their teams. - AI-native pods: We’ll be concentrating around AI-native talent who can manage fleets of agents to drive outsized impact. We’ll also be experimenting with reduced pod sizes, including “one person teams” with engineers, designers, and product managers all in one role. In short: AI is bringing a profound shift in how companies operate, and we’re reshaping Coinbase to lead in this new era. This is a new way of working, and we need to leverage AI across every facet of our jobs. To those who are affected I know there are real people behind these decisions — talented colleagues who have poured themselves into this company and our mission. To those of you who will be leaving: thank you. You’ve helped build Coinbase into what it is today, and I am sincerely grateful for everything you've done. All impacted team members will receive an email to their personal account in the next hour with more information, and an invitation to meet with an HRBP and a senior leader in your organization. Coinbase system access has been removed today. I know this feels sudden and harsh, but it is the only responsible choice given our duty to protect customer information. To those affected, we will be providing a comprehensive package to support you through this transition. US employees will receive a minimum of 16 weeks base pay (plus 2 weeks per year worked), their next equity vest, and 6 months of COBRA. Employees on a work visa will get extra transition support. Those outside of the US will receive similar support, based on local factors and subject to any consultation requirements. Coinbase prides itself on talent density. Our employees are among the most talented people in the world, and I have no doubt that your skills and experience will be highly sought after as you pursue your next chapters. How we move forward To the team that is staying, I know this is a difficult day. We’re saying goodbye to colleagues and friends you've been in the trenches with. But here’s what I want you to know as we move forward together: Over the past 13 years, we have weathered four crypto winters, gone public, and built the most trusted platform in our industry. We’ve made it this far by making hard decisions and by always staying focused on our mission. This time will be no different – nothing has changed about the long term outlook of our company or industry. And most importantly, our mission has never been more important for the world. Increasing economic freedom requires a new financial system, and we’re building it. The Coinbase that emerges from this will be more capable than ever to achieve our mission. Brian

On January 2nd, I was added to a group chat with the @intodotspace team. On January 4th, I got on a call with the founder, “Zero.” He pitched me directly and promised strong returns based on the valuation he gave. By January 5th, I sent $50,000 USD. At the time, it felt like a no-brainer. Over the next couple of months, FUD started circulating. I reached out and was reassured that everything was fine. Fast forward to launch day. The second TGE goes live and the tokens are claimable. I connect the wallet I had registered… “Wallet not eligible.” At first, I thought it was my mistake. I checked everything six times. Same result. I messaged them at 11:00 AM. Again at 12. Then at 1:30 No response. Three hours later, after the TGE, when the price had already dropped 90%, they finally replied. By that point, the damage was done. They claimed I was wrong. After I confronted them my allocation suddenly appeared but my $50,000 had already turned into roughly $1,300. I told them and showed proof, including their own post admitting it was their fault. I asked for a refund or I’d pursue legal action. They responded briefly… then went silent for over 48 hours now I’m now prepared to spend whatever it takes to hold them accountable. I don’t care if it costs more than the original $50,000. They are doxxed especially @aceatath and I will be taking this as far as it needs to go. Be careful who you trust. If you know any info or know anyone who was scammed by them please let me know Not going to rest till they’re all in jail

Seeing a lot of bigger names starting to mess around with $Spike now. @kmoney, @trading_axe, @RookieXBT, even DMT himself on-chain. That alone raises awareness that it’s something worth paying attention to, and positioning for. When larger thinkers in the space begin to rally behind one token, they have the ability to shape the outcome. These guys are plugged into launchpads, exchanges, and rooms that open the doors you need. So with Spike in the 10M range, and these traders stepping in (where massive amounts of volume and liquidity follow their calls), you will see a repricing wave unfold to 30M+ You’re also seeing projects lock in their IP ahead of a broader bull phase in crypto. No vamps, no fragmentation, just one clean CA absorbing all the attention and liquidity tied to that narrative. Big names push ideas out → the launchpads amplify → CEXs expand access → mindshare compounds. Add in the artist behind it, and you have the ingredients for something that can stretch into 9–10 figure territory. If Matt Furie ever publicly endorsed it in any way, you’re talking about a move into 9 figures in a single candle. And when it's handed on a silver platter with a strong community surfacing your early work and building around it, the creator might just lean in. The main coin attached to his name (Pepe) hit a peak price of 12B and still sits close to 2B. His touch on Spike would position and confirm it as his first ever character he created. Strong bet for me.

@Decentralised_H The ecological disaster that is drone warfare has destroyed far more Urkainian habitat than some beaches. Beaches that'll recover soon enough as the oil gradually biodegrades. Stop making excuses for inaction. The faster Russia is destroyed the sooner good people stop dying.

Grok thinks Tuapse represents roughly $1.5 billion/year in tourism, almost entirely from Russians. Let's suppose that this oil spill results in 10% of those tourist dollars getting spent outside of Russia instead, and let's suppose that 30% of those dollars were going to flow to Russian taxes, 50% of which fund the war. The marginal cost per Ukrainian casualty is probably something like $10,000. So _just_ destroying the beaches in the Tuapse area for a year prevents 2250 Ukrainian casualties. The path to ending this war and all future Russian aggression is to destroy the Russian economy. The entire economy.

Officialdom in governments and religions have a real problem shaping up for them. Juxtaposition #3IATLAS which the government knows is NOT a rock, is under control, and may be inhabited, AND a great spiritual revival that is occurring in will escalate over this summer. Initially churches will be flooded with people, then there will be contention as they will not find what they are seeking, and the congregations will split apart. Many religions will be affected and many religious leaders will be going batshit crazy seeing what is happening. Then at some point, it will come out that groups in government are worried that the spiritual revival sweeping through humanity is because of the Space Aliens, maybe the #3IATLAS guys, but without regard to whom, government will be worried. They will worry that the revival is not because humans are aware that space aliens are here, but rather that the revival is a direct result of mind warping/control by the aliens. So, government will decide to tell people about aliens because transparency at that level is determined to be the only way to deal with the situation.

Something along the lines of this speculation, namely that we are in the midst of a staged Wizard of Oz-style spectacle of some sort, is the impression that one gets from a number of cases involving the Mantids, which are even more bizarre than what Kat experienced with Terrence McKenna. These cases suggest that the Mantids are the directive force behind the purported “human-alien” hybrid program. David Huggins is an artist who recalls Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind from childhood and who has painted these experiences in vivid detail. David first encountered the “giant praying mantis” beings when he was a kid growing up in the Georgia countryside in the 1950s. His art, painted in New York City, records decades of Close Encounters, in which he was abducted by little Grays in blue suits, who he got the impression were like androids, and during the course of which he interacted with taller humanoid “hybrids” with faces similar to those of these Grays but bodies that are very similar to that of normal humans. Huggins depicts the latter as exclusively female, usually walking around shamelessly naked but on occasion also wearing blue robes (similar in color to the skintight outfits of the Gray androids). A few of these experiences seemed to take place underground, in a cave-like atmosphere, rather than aboard a spacecraft. Throughout all of his experiences he was clearly given to understand that the Mantids were in charge of the other two types of beings that he interacted with. These beings were apparently engaged in a breeding program. Huggins was enlisted into this “hybridization” project at the age of 17, when he lost his virginity to “Crescent,” a strong hybrid woman, who initiated a very intense erotic encounter with him in the woods on a hot summer day. She had extremely hypnotic, black almond- shaped eyes with the glow of blue irises discernible in the midst of the inky and glassy blackness. His relationship with her endured for decades. Huggins was made to develop an emotional bond with the fetuses that would grow in Crescent’s womb. During one of his abductions, a mantis-type being took him into an “incubator room” full of hybrid babies, whereupon he was told that they were all his and they needed his loving care and attention if they were to survive. This was followed by an extremely distressing incident wherein Huggins almost lost one of the hybrid babies that he had with Crescent. The dying child was revitalized only after David handled it. Huggins had as many encounters with Crescent in his New York City apartment as he did aboard the spacecraft. She would walk right through the walls or suddenly appear in his apartment in the middle of the night to have sex with him on his bed. Huggins describes the encounters as having initially had a dreamlike quality to them, and then gradually becoming more tangible over time, until they finally became so “real” that one of his girlfriends, Ethel, also encountered the beings and was so terrified by them that she not only left David but also packed up her belongings and left New York for good. Crescent was ultimately tangible enough to have carried away some flowers that Huggins had once bought for her, which he woke up to find missing one morning after their liaison in the middle of the night. When David was having sex with Crescent in his New York apartment, almost always with her in a dominant position astride him, one of the Mantids would often be watching from the corner of his bedroom. Are they perverts, or expressions of some super-surrealist “alien” artist? Surrealists such as André Breton believed that psychoanalysis had failed to penetrate the core of sexuality just as much as the essence of eros had escaped the sadist attempt to master it: “Despite the ways in which Sade and Freud, most memorably, have plumbed the depths of sexuality in the modern period, the latter still defies our wish to penetrate the world with its unshatterable core of night.”166 Fellow surrealist and writer Roger Caillois agrees with Breton and, in his view, the Freudian psychoanalysts are wrong to think that “the fear of being devoured by a woman” is merely “a transformation of castration anxiety.” Caillois thinks that this fear actually reaches back, through evolutionary biological memory, to the experience of the male mantis “being devoured by the female during or after mating.” Roger Caillois anticipates, or somehow (perhaps subconsciously) knows about, the relationship of the Mantids to advanced technology and artificial life. Caillois quotes Léon Binet, then a professor of physiology at the Faculty of Medicine in Paris, who, in his monograph on “The Life of the Praying Mantis” (La vie de la mante religieuse), went so far as to claim that: “This insect really seems to be a machine with highly advanced parts, which can operate automatically.” In what is the most hauntingly futuristic passage of his surrealist study of “The Praying Mantis,” Caillois takes this already boldly speculative observation even further when he writes… – Jason Reza Jorjani, CLOSER ENCOUNTERS

President Trump will be reading the Bible, specifically 2 Chronicles 7:11–22, in the Oval Office on Tuesday, April 21, from 6 pm and 7 pm ET. This passage is exclusively about Solomon’s First Temple (the original one built ~950 BC) The First Temple was destroyed by the Babylonians in 586 BC (and the Second Temple by the Romans in AD 70) *Last month I warned that Al Aqsa Mosque (the golden temple) had reportedly been wired with explosives by Israel
Financelot@FinanceLancelot

This war with Iran isn't a regular war, it's being framed as a historical religious war. "These troops, they want to finish this fight for their kids and their grandkids. This is about History. This is about legacy." Notice the language Pete Hegseth used. History and legacy of an entire generation. If you watch the video below 👇, it explains that Trump is the 1st Messiah which will forever place him in the Jewish religion for the defeat of Iran and the rise of Israel. Military leaders under Pete Hegseth have been telling soldiers this war is "God’s divine plan” to trigger biblical Armageddon and Christ’s return. Hegseth’s Christian beliefs and the Jewish religion overlap here. Both camps fixate on the temple being destroyed and rebuilt as prophetic trigger, but Christians expect it to lead to Jesus’ Second Coming after Armageddon, while Jews expect their 2nd Messiah. The war is viewed by both fringes as the “final battle” that fulfills their respective end-times scripts. This war will escalate because it's designed to. Making the prophesies appear true are what will lead to a world war and a global reset under the new economic system of Technocracy.

This is Amy Eskridge. She is one of the 11 scientists who has died/disappeared recently that’s linked to high government research and secrets. Amy researched anti-gravity and in this clip reveals anti-gravity was already discovered 4 times, but each time the government suppressed it. She then reveals she was close to discovering it, but was threatened that she would be killed if she published it. She was found dead shortly after this 2022 interview. It was ruled a “suicide” but no investigation details were made public and British intelligence officer Franc Milburn testified before Congress in 2023 that her death was not a suicide. She also said this a few months before her death: “If you see any report that I killed myself, I most definitely did not.” What is going on? Is our own government murdering scientists whose research and discoveries (i.e. free energy) threaten the profits of corporations and billionaires?
