So they will be 3 choices next year.
1. Renew contract with NRLCA
2. Decertify NRLCA and no union
3. Decertify NRLCA and adopt Union X.
To be negotiated and determined still.
(Yes will roll directly over to the other union if we vote 3.)

I understand the concern. Once we get enough petition signatures other unions will bargain with us. 36,000 signatures just allows us to put up a vote next year. So they will be 3 choices next year.

I'm not sugar coating, the response is crazy.
