5 hours on from the game and not a word from the club. But they've posted Franks post game thoughts. We've slept walked into this position by continuing with this manager. The board can't see it. The fans have seen it for MONTHS.

@Trevorlloyd92 What’s infuriating? Defence going to sleep to gift goal 1 or Romero running out of defence & not running back into position to gift the second. Maybe the missed goals? This wasn’t a bad performance. As with the rest of our season individual mistakes screwed us.

The extreme lack of composure in that 2nd half was embarrassing. Playing a back 5 was bad enough away to Burnley but to then have no tactical awareness in 2nd half is just beyond belief! Waited until they scored before trying to change it... 2 in 14 in lge - enough is enough

@TalkingTHFC We aren't in a position to compete for those sides above. That's the state of the club now. We need a complete facelift & I'm for an aggressive Robertson setting the tone with a few heavy tackles or calling out lads. Team is lacking experience&winners, perfect short-term solution

I'm not naive enough to ignore that Spurs needs leadership in the group. I can also recognise we need some character, cover, and a few other good traits Robertson certainly offers. But for me, the ultimate litmus test for this is... if he was heading to West Ham this January, we'd all be commenting that it's "such a West Ham move." You know you would. Another example of Spurs taking the dregs from teams we are 'supposedly' meant to be in competition with (yes, I know we're miles and miles off Liverpool). Two left-backs in January, bizarre squad planning, and a grim pattern emerging. We can do so much better.
