Last year in Victoria 20 workplaces were raided by the ABF, mostly targeting Asian migrant SWers. ABF officers entered workplaces without showing warrants, including while workers were partially undressed, asked invasive + inappropriate questions, checked workers’ visas.

An excellent @mashable article tracks the increasing financial discrimination people & perfectly legal businesses are facing. Tools used to debank adult content creators are now being used on businesses & individuals that pose “reputational risk,” a rapidly expanding category.

Autonomy means the right to choose- 
including the right to decide when and how labour is compensated.

Open to corruption and abuse, this law MUST be repealed. Tell us what you think, like and share, boost and pass the message along. These SW laws are wrong and have to go.
