Your @ITVX app on amazon fire tv is appalling.....no smooth transitions and crashes at least once every 2 episodes...ITVHUB was bad but this unbelieavably is even worse.....@ITVXhelp

@ITVHub_ trying to watch Unforgotten on itv hub. It gets to first lot of ads then just keeps buffering. Have tried turning skybox off and on, router off and on - never used to have these problems. Please help

@chlofaulk94 @ITVX Yep! It doesn’t load. U have to in and out of a programme before it finally loads. Total rubbish

Does anyone else just have constant issues with @ITVX ? I’ve been waiting 10 minutes just for the app the start never mind try to watch anything! It goes through periods of working and not working 🙄 absolute disaster #ITVX

@iamcalledDee Agreed so slow, once a programme does load you have to go back out and in again to play it and the ad breaks are about 6 min long

Sorry but the ITVX app is so shit. Always crashes and doesn’t work🥴 prefer itv hub tbh
