1 hour on hold with @virginmedia No answer and web chat not working. Absolute joke of a company. I think it's time to switch. They used to have a monopoly on high-speed broadband, but not anymore.

@virginmedia How can I contact someone. Calls not connecting, web chat keeps disconnecting. My WiFi hub isn't working and it looks like I'm going to be without the internet for the next 5 days. All this after my bill has been increased to £94 a month, just for internet.
