@AnnieCCPS I knowI keep saying this... but until partners recognise that social care as it is currently organised is a bad system it will beat all the best intent, hard work and good people we can throw at it- every single time. We made it, we can unmake it, together!

Brutal honesty & transparency is the start of any genuine change. Public services (including the NHS) in their current form are broken. Pretending otherwise to “bolster morale” will do the opposite. We are teetering on the brink & a total reset, not a positivity drive, is needed.
