You don’t need any of it. Learn to design. Period. AI is already better than any revit user or draftsman. There is no future for draftsman or revit. This is blunt, but this is true now. My children are learning cad in university right now, and I’m seriously talking to them about quitting university and getting an apprenticeship. They will not have jobs in 4 years when they graduate.

@Dee_Floki My guess is structural stability. The material for the lower part is more load bearing, than the rest.
