Update on payout from @QtFunded REJECTED!!!! Requested a $9.5K payout. Used BOGO offer → received 2 accounts at a time. I traded them strictly one by one — if one account was breached, only then I moved to the next. Never had multiple active accounts simultaneously. After going through 4 accounts like this, I made profit on the last one. Payout denied citing “max allocation breach”. Even in their own report, all 4 accounts are shown as “active”, which is incorrect. Only the payout account was active at that time. For context — I’ve taken over $500K+ in payouts across multiple prop firms and never had a payout rejected before. Hoping this is just a technical error, because as per my understanding I have followed every rule precisely. Asked them for exact calculation + rule reference. Still waiting for a clear explanation. @AlexQuantTekel @JamesQuantTekel

At my peak I had $120,000 liquid in my bank. I had a small trip planned. I decided to hold it off. Wanted to start investing into real estate. Spent the next 3 months grinding, acquired a couple of plots. Got a few payouts. Bank balance dropped to $40,000. Didn’t care, had more payouts coming in. Kept working. For some reason I wanted to get back to $120,000. Trip kept getting delayed. Work is important. That’s what Internet culture has taught me. Bank balance hit $90,000. Decided to put in another $50,000 into a land. Acquire assets. That’s what I have seen everyone do here. Trip delayed again. By this month, I have 4 plots, my EMIs a month is roughly at $8,000. Potentially the pay off in the next 4-5 years would be $500k. I’m exhausted, I have insomnia. I can’t rest. I’m making the dumbest mistakes while trading. I should’ve pulled $20,000 this week. Accounts are just 1% instead. The trip would’ve cost me $4,000. It would’ve just taken 4 days. But somewhere it wasn’t my discipline or work which stopped me, it was my sheer greed. Yesterday discord live saw me crash out. We had 3 winning trades, only I had ended at breakeven. Neither did my balance get back to $120,000 nor did I get to have my trip. But it’s okay, I’ll lock the payout and then go for the trip. I guess.

Keep your kitchen clean and tidy especially at night . Do not leave utensils in the sink with food . Rinse your utensils properly. If you do not leave food for roaches they wont bother visiting you. thats how my house and kitchen have remained free from roach infestation till now .

Guys, what is the best way to deal with cockroaches? I have tried everything possible available on Amazon. Please suggest something useful. Pest control ain’t helping nor can I keep my house empty got two cats and a kid.
